Brigade Insignia RERA has been approved, and the RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/180524/006894. The project is developing in Yelahanka, Hebbal Road, Bangalore. The completion date of the project is set for Dec 2028.

  4. Buyers to take money back in case of false promise - If the builder does not provide what was promised, then the buyer can take the refund.
  5. Buyer's right to know - The buyer has the right to access all information regarding the project. It includes details about the layout, progress of execution, and completion status.

The RERA Act ensures that developers provide accurate information to buyers. It prevents buyers from facing delays in project delivery. Since RERA's introduction, malpractices in the real estate sector have significantly decreased.
